These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Adtalic (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Adtalic provides AI-assisted creative analysis, iteration, and resizing tools for advertising creatives. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if Adtalic isn't a fit — email support@adtalic.app and we'll process it the same business day. After 14 days charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates the rights of any person. You retain ownership of creative inputs and outputs you generate, subject to the licenses required for us to operate the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Adtalic name, logo, software, and content we provide, is owned by Adtalic or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Adtalic is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
