This policy explains what information Adtalic collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you consent to these practices.
What we collect
Account data — email address, display name, optional avatar, workspace name. Creative uploads — images and metadata you submit for analysis, iteration, or resizing. Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, IP address, browser type. Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only customer and subscription identifiers.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, run AI analysis on your creatives, process payments, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
Creatives you upload are sent to managed AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Replicate) to produce analyses and renders. Providers do not use your media to train their public models. Outputs are stored in your workspace.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it with infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, AI providers above) under contracts that limit their use to providing the Service. We may disclose data when required by law.
Data retention
We retain your account data and creatives for as long as your account is active. You can delete creatives at any time. Closing your account deletes your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA), you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email support@adtalic.app to exercise them.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls for our systems. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your data without undue delay.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post material changes to this policy on this page and notify registered users by email.
